1-Hour Full Body Workout

Join us and burn significant calories in our one-hour full-body workout both taught at advanced and modified levels. We will use all major muscle groups during this workout. There will be a warm-up section followed by 45 min exercise, and at the end, we will cool down and relax our muscles. No equipment is needed.
